THE PILLAR THAT HOLDS STRONG

When you see a beautiful and massive building, you notice there are pillars holding it. What makes a building stands is the equal numbers of pillars erected beneath it.

But the question is, why then do we still have news of collapsed building in the world, even here in Nigeria of massive collapse of building if there are pillars beneath erected to hold it?

Though we there were pillars in all of this recent collapse of building, but the truth is that they have their life-spam. There are limits to how long they can stand, sooner or later they are bent to go weak and thereby break and cause what they  are suppose to hold to collapse.

But the good news is that there is a PILLAR that holds strong and Christ Jesus is that pillar. There is this popular song that says; “you are the pillar that holds my life……’.

Yes! Jesus is that PILLAR that can hold so very strong as much life as possible that would come to him. If you have ever been to Winners Chapel Headquarter in Ota, Ogun State, you will notice that as massive  as the building is, there is no single pillar holding it but there is a PILLAR that holds strong holding from on high and there is no way it can collapse.

While it takes pillars to hold and sustain a building which of course might collapse sooner or later, Jesus the only sure PILLAR that can hold strong lives that are ready and willing to lean on him without any fear of falling or getting weary as long as you are still leaning on Him.

I believe before a building would collapse, two things might be the cause; is either the building itself is weak or the pillars are weak and they could no longer bear the burden of the building. But there is a sure and ever strong pillar in Christ Jesus that can never go weak or weary, even if we as the building are weak, we have 

Christ our pillar who is ever sure and he is always there to keep us standing.

Jesus says (in Deut 31:8) that “He will never leave nor forsake thee”. It is a promise that stays long as long as you still allow him to keep holding you.You and I need not to be afraid of what tomorrow will bring. We need not to be afraid of the uncertainties of tomorrow we have created in our mind because of our present state.

Our tomorrow can only be as we want it and even more than we do because there is a sure PILLAR holding it very strong! If God is there for you and I, no circumstances now can change our tomorrow.

Relax Friend!! Your Tomorrow is SECURED!!

Because there is a PILLAR holding it STRONG!
